Rent a Car Tariff in Kochi

The Rates mentioned are on per day basis.

Documents Required

• Original Driving License + 1 Xerox copy (original will be returned)
• One Original Government ID (Like Aadhar, Election ID, or Pan Card )+ 1 Xerox copy.

Payment Terms

• For confirming the vehicle Rs.1000/- will be collected online as booking advance and is non-refundable. The amount will be adjusted in the total rent.
• Cash Rs.5,000/- for small cars and Rs.10000/- for bigger vehicles as Security Deposit, which will be given back while returning the car.
• Please note the refund will be given only after 4 working days, checking the vehicle, Speed camera fines and during office hours.
• The full rent amount has to be paid along with a security deposit, through credit/debit card or by cash before renting the car.
• Bookings will be based on a first-come, first-serve basis. So, it is advisable to confirm your car through email after paying the advance amount online.
• If you want us to deliver the vehicle to your doorsteps the following charges are applicable.

• The minimum age requirement is 25 years.
• Customers should carry original driving license which is mandatory.
• All Tolls, Interstate Permits & Parking charges etc payable by the Client.
• Client to possess a Valid Indian/International Driving License without any endorsement in the past 3 years.
• Cost of Fuel to be borne by Renter. The car should be returned with the same level of fuel at the time of delivery. excess fuel will not be refunded, where as any drop in the fuel percentage at the time of return will be charged.
• Any bills or other damages and loss of any accessories from the car will be charged with fine.
• We reserve the right to refuse rental without mentioning the reason.
• The right to cancel the rental at any time with assigning a valid reason is vested with the company.
• Damage repair charges during the period of rent have to be paid by the client. Damage cost upto 10000 will be the sole responsibility of customers.For the damages claimed the depreciation cost should be born by the customers. The maximum liability will be 50000.
• The rate is based on 120/KM per day.

• Fine for smoking inside car 750/-
• fine for using alcohol inside car 1500/-
• late drop – each hour will be 300/-
• carrying pets or animals in car 1000/-
• overspeed above 80 km per hr 1500/-
• food waste found inside car 400/-

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If cancelled 15 days before Rs.500/- will be charged as incidental charges
• 10 days before date 75% refund of the booking amount.
• Cancellation before 7 days and after, no refund will be made
• (Taxi – with Driver) Shortening of Trip – In case of shortening of the trip

After starting of the trip, the rate will be reworked based on the daily minimum rates, kilometers used and balance usage and not on pro-rata basis of the fixed-rate given.
