Cancellation Policy
Please review our cancellation and trip-shortening terms carefully before confirming your booking. The following conditions apply when a cancellation or shortening of a trip is requested.
Cancellation
In case cancellation or shortening of the trip is requested, the following cancellation rules will apply:
- Cancellation 10 Days or More Before Travel
If the booking is cancelled 10 days or more before the scheduled travel date, no cancellation charges will apply and the full booking amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation Within 10 Days Before Travel
For cancellations made within 10 days before the scheduled travel date, 75% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation 5 Days Prior to Travel
- Multi-Day Trip:
The charge applicable for the first day will be deducted from the total booking amount and the remaining eligible amount will be refunded to the customer. - Single-Day Trip / Airport Transfer:
No refund will be issued.
- Multi-Day Trip:
- Cancellation Within 2 Days of Travel
Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled travel date or on the travel date will be non-refundable.
Shortening of Trip
In case a trip is shortened after the journey has started, the applicable rate will be reworked based on the relevant daily minimum rates, applicable kilometres, kilometres already used, and the remaining usage.
The revised amount will not be calculated on a pro-rata basis against the originally quoted fixed package rate.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund based on the cancellation conditions stated above, the applicable refund amount will be remitted back to you within 5â7 working days.
