List of documents to be submitted for self-drive rent a car:

Driving Licence

Original Driving Licence + Xerox copy

Government ID

One Original Government ID (Like Aadhar, Election ID, Pan Card )+ Copy of second one.

Foreign Nationals

Foreign Nationals to produce Passport and a Photocopy at time of Rental.

Security Deposit

Cash Rs.5,000/- for small vehicles and Rs.10000/-  for bigger vehicles as Security Deposit, which will be given back while returning the car.

Advance

For confirming the vehicle Rs.1000/- will be collected online as booking advance and is non refundable. Full rent amount has to be paid along with security deposit, through credit/debit card or by cash before renting the car.

Bookings

Bookings will be based on first come, first serve basis. So, it is advisable to confirm your car through email after paying advance amount online.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Minimum age requirement is 21 years

All Toll, Interstate Permits & Parking charges etc payable by Client

Client to possess a Valid Indian/International Driving License without any endorsement in the past 3 years

All payments to be by credit card / cash / Online

Cost of Fuel to be borne by Renter. Car should be returned with the same level of fuel at the time of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse rental without mentioning the reason

The right to cancel the rental at any time without assigning any reason is vested with the company

Damage repair charges during the period of rent has to be paid by the client

Delivery & Pick Up Tariff

If you want us to deliver the vehicle at your door steps the following charges is applicable.

Within 20 KMS- Rs.500/-

Within 30 KMS-Rs.700/- (Airport) & so on increasing @ Rs.200/- per 10 KMS

Above rates are including cost of fuel + Driver bata.

GST @ 19% will be extra.
