The rates mentioned above are on a per-day basis. Please confirm vehicle availability and the applicable tariff before making your booking.
Documents Required
- Original Driving License + 1 Xerox copy (original will be returned).
- One Original Government ID such as Aadhaar, Election ID or PAN Card + 1 Xerox copy.
Payment Terms
- ₹1,000 booking advance is collected online to confirm the vehicle. The advance is non-refundable and will be adjusted against the total rent.
- Security deposit: ₹5,000 for small cars and ₹10,000 for bigger vehicles.
- Security deposit will be returned after vehicle inspection, subject to applicable checks and office working hours.
- Full rent and security deposit must be paid before renting the vehicle by credit/debit card or cash.
- Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Doorstep Vehicle Delivery Charges
Within 15 KM ₹450
Within 30 KM / Airport ₹1,000
Additional Distance ₹200 / 10 KM
Booking Terms & Conditions
- The minimum age requirement is 25 years.
- Customers must carry the original driving license.
- All tolls, interstate permits, parking charges and related expenses are payable by the client.
- Client must possess a valid Indian or International Driving License without any endorsement in the past 3 years.
- Fuel cost is to be borne by the renter. The vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of delivery.
- Excess fuel will not be refunded. Any reduction in fuel level at the time of return will be charged.
- Any bills, damages or loss of accessories from the vehicle will be charged to the customer.
- We reserve the right to refuse a rental without mentioning the reason.
- The company reserves the right to cancel a rental at any time by assigning a valid reason.
- Damage repair charges during the rental period have to be paid by the client. Damage costs up to ₹10,000 will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- For claimed damages, depreciation costs shall be borne by the customer. Maximum liability is ₹50,000.
- The rate is based on 120 KM per day.
Penalty Charges
Smoking inside car: ₹750
Alcohol inside car: ₹1,500
Late drop – per hour: ₹300
Carrying pets / animals: ₹1,000
Overspeed above 80 KM/H: ₹1,500
Food waste inside car: ₹400
Legal Liability
We will not be liable for any criminal or legal liability arising from negligent driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, violation of traffic rules or accidents. Any fines or penalties resulting from driving violations by the customer will be charged to the customer account. In case of an accident, vehicle towing charges will also be charged to the customer.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 15 days before the booking: ₹500 will be charged as incidental charges.
- Cancellation 10 days before the booking date: 75% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellation within 7 days of the booking: No refund will be made.
- Taxi with driver – shortening of trip is subject to the applicable daily minimum rates and actual usage.
After the trip has started, the rate will be reworked based on the applicable daily minimum rates, kilometres used and balance usage, and not on a pro-rata basis of the fixed rate.
