In case cancellation or shorting of the trip is requested then following rules will apply:

Cancellation

1. If cancelled 10 days before , no cancellation charges, full amount will be refunded
2. 10 days before date 75% refund of the booking amount.
3. 5 Days prior to date of travel
   • Multi Day trip: The charge for the first day would be deducted from the total amount and refund will be issued to the user.
   • Single Day trip/ Airport transfer: No Refund will be issued to the user.
4. Cancellation before 2 days and after, no refund will be made

Shortening of Trip
In case of shortening of trip after starting of trip the rate will be reworked based on the daily minimum rates and kilometres, kilometres used and balance usage and not on pro rate basis of the fixed rate given.

Refunds
